If the child reports that their Spend Card is missing or lost, lock the child's card.
- From the App Overview screen, navigate to Settings
- Select the child's profile under Manage Kids
- Enable Lock card
If you believe the card or PIN has been lost or stolen, call 844.936.6639, Family Money Account Services, and lock the card using the Family Money App.
You should also call 844.936.6639, the number on the back of the card if you believe an electronic transfer has been made using the information from the card or PIN without the Cardholder’s permission.
