Parents have the ability to update their kid’s address within the Family Money App. To change a child's address information, parents can:
- Navigate to Overview, then Settings
- Select a child under Manage kids
- Scroll down to Update profile
- Enter new information
- Tap Save
For other profile updates (except email address and username), parents must call the Family Money Account Services at 844.936.6639 Monday - Friday 7am - 1 am ET, Saturday - Sunday 8 am - 8 pm ET.
To update the email address and/or username, parents must call the Family Money Account Services at 844.936.6639 Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm ET.
Kids may only update their profile picture from their App by going to the Overview, Settings, scroll down to Manage my account, tap on My profile, then + symbol above the name.
