Yes. Parents may link up to 3 funding bank accounts to load funds to their Wallet.
Parents may use their external bank account's online credentials to link their bank account, or use the bank's account and routing numbers to link the bank account manually.
- Navigate to the Overview screen
- Select the Settings icon at the top right corner
- In section Manage my account tap on Linked bank accounts
- Click on the Add new account link and follow the steps
For manual bank account linking, there are 3 attempts allowed to confirm 2 small verification deposits. Total amount of those deposits will be debited within the same day when deposits were posted.
To keep the Family Money account active, there always must be at least one verified bank account linked to the parent’s Wallet. When only one linked bank account exists in the App, and the parent wants to delete that account for any reason, a new external bank account should be linked before deletion can be processed.
The only method for loading funds to a parent's Wallet is by initiating a transfer from a linked bank account through the Family Money App.
