If there is an incorrect or unauthorized transaction on the child's Spend Card, parents must first lock the Card within the App and call the Family Money Account Services at 844.936.6639 Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm ET.
If a written dispute notification is requested by an agent at Family Money Account Services, the parent can print, fill out, and send the Dispute Notification form within 10 business days from the verbal notification date. The parent can also provide the required written notification in a free letter (without using the form suggested) as long as the document has all necessary information as included in the Dispute Notification form. The completed and signed form, or dispute notification letter can be sent via fax or US mail.

For privacy protection, parents should not send the written notification to us via email.
For each disputed card transaction the Account holder must complete a separate dispute form/letter. There will be no provisional credit provided if the requested written dispute notification is not received within 10 business days from the verbal notification date.
