Your child's Spend Card should arrive in the mail in approximately 8-10 business days. If the Card was not received after 10 business days, parents must call Family Money Account Services at 844.936.6639.
In the meantime, there are many things you and your kids can do while waiting for the Card to arrive!
- Load money to the parent's Wallet from a linked bank account
- Schedule recurring allowance for kid(s)
- Create and assign Chores to kid(s)
- Plan how you will use the App with your kid(s)
- Complete their assigned Chores and get paid
- Ask a parent for additional chores to earn more money
- Discuss potential goals to save money in the Vault
- Explore the App and discuss with parents how to use the App
