We do not automatically provide a monthly statement, however parents and kids can review transaction activities in the App as described below:
- Select the Activity tab at the bottom menu of the App to review all transactions, or
- Tap the Spend Card or Vault to review those account’s activities accordingly
Family Money also sends Push Notifications relating to transactions.
A written history of transactions can be mailed per a parent’s request by contacting the Family Money Account Services at 844.936.6639 Monday-Friday 7am-1 am ET, Saturday-Sunday 8 am-8 pm ET. These requests are limited to one per month.
