Yes, you can opt out of receiving email marketing from Family Money and Verizon at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email.
Certain electronic communications are required to support the Family Money service. If you no longer wish to receive required communications, you may close your Family Money account. To do so, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Overview screen
- Go to the Settings icon at the top right corner
- Scroll down to Manage my account and select My plan
- Tap Cancel plan button at the bottom left corner
Customers will continue to receive electronic communications from Family Money until their account is closed and a check for the remaining balance (if any) is sent to the customer’s address on file. The account closure will be processed on the last day of the current billing cycle.
You may also withdraw your consent to receive these electronic communications by contacting us by phone at 1-844-936-6639, by email support@familymoney.verizon.com or by post at Program Manager at Family Money Account Services, P.O. Box 71402, Salt Lake City, UT 84121.
Upon receipt of your request, we will initiate account closure.
