If an error or issue occurs at any point of the verification process, a notification will be sent to resubmit the documents needed. To upload documents for identity verification:
- Log into the Family Money app
- From the Identity Verification screen, select the Continue button at the bottom of the screen
- Select which required document you want to upload
- To upload the digital copy of the required document select one of the upload options: take a photo, upload photo, or upload file
- Once the file is uploaded, select Done at the bottom of the screen
- Repeat the process for each required document needed
- Select Submit
The verification status can be tracked once all the documents are submitted. The review process will take approximately 3-5 business days. A notification will be sent when the documents are successfully verified. If at any point in the verification process there is an issue, a notification will be sent.
